creaking and knocking noise

   just bought my vtr and its lowered 50mm on spax shocks and springs.
   
   when the wheels are facing straight if i turn slightly left or right its knocks from the passanger side but only when stationary. it also creaks from this side too.
   
   i bought a brand new top mount bearing a fitted it hoping it would solve the creaking but sadly hasnt.
   
   im going to buy two new wishbones tommorrow and hopefully this will solve the knocking sound because im assuming the knock is from the passanger ball joint??
   
   any help in solving these issues would be appreciated.
   
   one last thing i have slight play in N/S rear arm. would it be easier to replace beam or buy a bearing kit??

   before buying new wishbones etc, try tightening the bolts which are under the carpet first as they come loose sometimes.
   as for rear arm its easier to change the full axle

   already checked them mate, there all tight. iv checked everything is tight, so what does everyone suggest?
