steam cleaning ???

   Hi All Thinking Of Steam Cleaning My Engine Bay To Moz Be For I Do The Work On Gear Box But Not Sure If It A Good Idea To Do Cos I May Kill It Lol Has Any One Done This And It Been Ok With All The Water Going On It
   
   Prob Me Just Been Cautious ??????

   Should I Leave It Runing And Cover The K&n Filtter Up ????

   you can do it, keep it running and cover up the filter if the steam cleaner is of a a high pressure

   use gunk then wash down with light spray of water but make sure you cover as much electrics as poss

   like hesslevtr said, cover up your electrics or you'll have big problems.
   
   i personally wouldn't steam clean it, just use a clotch, will take time, but could save you money in the long run if something goes wrong using a steam cleaner
