   Hi I've had rage buckets in car for a few months just bolted down I need help putting them onto runners I've got some from a scrappy just need assistance on fitting / metal to make them fit on to the runners.
   
   I'm in the Mansfield/Nottinghamshire area

   go on sportseats4u and buy some runners that just bolt to seats then to subframes job done

   as above its just a pain in the arse to make ur own and they always turn out a bit scetchy
