Seats rubbing...

    Just fitted some blue ad black gti leather front seats and the leather bolsters press and rub against my furio door cards, what can I do to stop this?

    1 option would be to take the door cards off completely & fit carbon fibre covers.

    Yeah I thought that at first. Is there no door cards that dont come out as far? Or can I take the pockets off of the cards at all?

    You could change them for 106 door cards, shouldn't rub against door pocket then

    What about just using the door bins from a 106 I think they`re more slim in profile to a saxo?

    From what i remember when i was in the car it's actually where the pull handle comes out and not just the door bins

    my old 106 seats used to rub on saxo doorcards. never bothered me though. nothing you can do really apart from change the seats or change the doorcards

    Didnt wear them at all?
    Yeah iv only just put these seats in, never sen a set of blue gti leathers before so quite keen on them and would rather replace the doorcards but not sure what to?

    na didnt wear them at all. they didnt so much 'rub' just with the door closed it would be slightly touching
