   hi there i am thinking of getting some black angel lights for my desire
   i would like to know
   are they legal and pass MOT?
   what is a good price to pay?
   what is the performance like (are they as good or better than standard light?)

   yes they're legal and pass an mot
   brand new you can pick them up for £120, second hand around 50 - £70.
   to get better light, its all down to what bulb you put in

   Yes.
   £130 new £80 second hand
   Not good as daytime lights, but you need your dipped on to have any success, unless you drive like me at dusk or when you dont require to light the road up to use the halo's.
