Front brakes

   I am just wondering are the front brakes off a vtr the same size as a 1.4 as am thinking of changing my front brakes to the vtr ones but if they are the same size there is no point really.

   I'm 99% certain its the same front brake set-up as vtr but the 1.4's have a smaller master cylinder controlling the brakes (19.0mm v 20.3mm on vtr iirc)

   ok cheers. mine is the west coast one with the full vtr kit on i just didnt know weather they are the same or not, cause compared to my last car the brakes are crap on me saxo.

   decent discs / pads and fluid.
   
   unless you live your life at 100mph (which is pretty impossible in a westcoast ) then the above will be good enough

   pretty sure they are all the same apart fron the rears being drums

   Where abouts in ashton mate? and cheers looks like i wont be changing the front brakes for vtr ones if they are the same lol
