Spraying over alloys.

So gunna get these alloys off my mate which aren't in great condition. I wanna spray over them (black) which is usually ok, aren't going to look amazing obviously but that's not what I'm looking for. Just looking for a quick simple solution to make them look ok. I've done before and it's fine. But if they're fitted to my car already (cba to take off and spray) could I spray over while they're fitted to the car if I'm careful ofc? Or would the paint start dribbling as such? Help, thanks

Ideally you take the wheels off, but if the car stayed stationary, you could do VERY light coats, but you need to do more then you would usually, same with laquering.

Is that actually an issue? 'Cause if it isn't, I really couldn't care.

no having paint all over your disks and pads is fine mate, you crack on.

For the amount of hassle it would be to mask up behind the wheels etc you might as well take them off and do it properly tbh.

Yeah, my rusty old discs. Damn. But really, a little spray of black on it, which may not even occur, would be an issue? Damn
