spraying front grill

    i want to take the slats out and spray each part separetly but this is the problem how do you connect the two back together ?

    You can remove the slats from the back by melting the lugs out of the back. Then once painted you can melt them back in its fiddly but a hell of a lot easier than masking and you should get a better finish too.

    It is really fiddly, took the slats out of mine, took ages! Luckily though, i meshed the grill so didn't have to put them back on!
