choosing right way to go with cars

    At the moment i have a saxo vtr and looking which is the best route to go performance wise, not 16v engine, want to stay true to the 8v.
    since my new job gives us a company van or someone picks me up i no longer use the car for long distances or anything.
    anyway which way would be best for most power out my car.
    cituning stage 3 turbo kit or 1.8 stroker kit with stage 1 turbo kit?
    im just obtaining opinions for now, im not trying to be a forum turbo hero who doesnt get it done. what would be the most cost effective? the most powerful and reliable?

    if you want to go with CI tuning, go with the sage 3, give you everything you need, if not speak to GMC they will sort your out with turbo'ing your car
