    Lk - 108-4

    The 2 rears are ...

    saxo's are et 15 - 18

I think 10mm spacers on the fronts but not sure on the rear

wel i was thinking 10mm front and 20mm rear
but someone on the 106 fourm said that his rears are et-20 and he had to use 35m spacers as the et was '-20' so im confused

I thought spacers took off et... Coz ford Alloys are usually et35 and need 20mm spacers to fit to 15 et of a Saxo

Fuck knows about 12 et though! Lol

    Front: 7-10mm spacers
Rears will stick out a bit by about 5mm.

    Thankyou !
Will i be able to use 20mm on rear or will i have problems??

20mm spacers will mean it sticks out 25mm coz of the et

Might get away with it coz they're 8j and saxos can have 9j so you've got that extra inch

You need to find out if the et is +ve or -ve. It is measured with respect to the centre line of the alloy.
See below for clarification of my clear as mud explanation lol!

Saxo rims as standard have anywhere between a +15 to +18 offset (depends if you have disk or drum rear beam).

You wouldn't necessarily want to use a spacer to bring the offset back to that range though as you may find you need even more offset due to the width of the wheel. As an example, I had 17x7J ford rims with an +46 offset on my 106. I used 32mm spacers to make this offset +14 mm. With these spacers the inner edge of the rim BARELY cleared the inside arch wall. Ideally I would have like to add another 2mm to make the offset +12mm. Hope that helps a bit, gimme a shout if you need more help.

Tbf it all depends on the stance you want to achieve,as personally I'd have the rear wider than the front, any reason why the higher offset wheels are on the front?I'd run them on the rear and get spacers to suit so you don't have to run wider spacers on the front (braking, steering, drive don't want more unlaiden weight than you have too)

Not a clue mate. The lower et wheels look wider then the higher et so im a little confused! Also i was the rear stanced so i can go quite low as my wheels are TH Schmidts lol

Are you sure the rears (low offset) are still 8J width? You might find that they are 9J and the offset has been lowered to suit having a wide rear stance on the car.

mate been trying to contact you about spacers . if your wanting some i have some

bolt them on then measure to the point you want them to be and thats how wide you want the spacers to be
