knocking noise? :(

   Seem to have developed a knocking noise thats sounds like metal hitting metal..think its doing it front and back maybe wrong,happens when driving over bumpy roads the front sounds like its happening directly Wer driver side wheel is...but also notice both top and bottom engine mounts have.split?so dont no if its related any ideas guys?

   i had my wheel bearings replaced and it cut the knocking down loads but is still there a lil? cracked steering column or anything?

   Wishbone/s the rubber bushes have worn out so you`re getting metal hitting metal.Mine did it until I had both replaced.

   £184.00 for both sides with the tracking thrown in free(has to have tracking done after)
