I have a flat-arch Saxo with 106 S2 Rallye Steels (Will probably have 185/55/14 tyres). Would i get any rubbing if i lowered the car 50mm all round?

prob not got a vtr lowered 80mm on 195/ 55 14's
but can depend on what your using to lower it as in coilovers..springs
and what shocks for the back

Thanks, what would be best to use to lower it to avoid rubbing?

People say you can spacers 5mm one iirc.
it all depends on what budget you got tbh mate
