airbag warning light

    The airbag warning light came on some time ago. It went through the MOT as an advisor, presumably because air bags aren't mandatory so neither is a working one, however the light is very annoying.
    there isn't anything under the seat disturbing the cable and it only comes on sometimes with no pattern i.e. cold starts etc.
    shed any light?

    its usually the connections under the seats, mine started doing it after i had bucket seats in my car then when i put the standard ones back the airbag light comes on now and again but if i unplug the connections under the seats then push them back togeather the light usually goes off for a while. I guess the only real way to fix it properly would be to solder the wires making a good connection.. or just take the airbag light out lol.. hope that helps anyways

    My airbag light is constantly on, got told it was a loose connection at the passenger side and is seemingly a very common problem in Saxo's..

    Mine has passed it's MOT with it.

    The connections under the seats become loose as you move the seat back and forth.Just disconnect & reconnect a few times.As for the light atm it`s ok on MOT`s but i`ve heard as from next year it`s a fail with it on.
