Torsion bar lowered, Now a nice knocking noise

   had the torsion bar lowered at the back of my 02 plate posi blue vtr, ever since i have a horrible knocking noise coming from the back... any help?

   Check teh damper nuts+bolts are tight, and make sure the arb plates are located as they should be with the bolts nice and tight.

   As above, if it sounds like two dinner plates knocking together, it's likely to be the ARB end plate bolts. Carefully nip them up.
