Oil leak from oil cap

   Every time I open my bonnet I always see line of oil that has dipped down from the oil cap to the rocker and head. It not alot of
   Oil btw
   
   Could the seal on the oil cap be gone?
   
   How can I stop this?

   If its a 16v then turn the cap so its not quite shut shut but so the diagonal lines are straight, hard to explain but simple.. Cured my mates problem
