hard to get into 1st gear

   Morning all, once again im asking a question thats prob being asked a million times...my saximus prime is hard to get into 1st gear, every other gear is fine, sometimes I really need to "hammer" it in, any ideas as i havent got a fucking clue aboot it?

   yea its easier to get into 1st when its either not running or at a standstill

   How fast are you going when changing into 1st?

   bout 15 or 20, but even when say im slowing down to come to a stop its still awkward to get it, maybe its just me as this is my first car maybe its the way the little piece of superb french engineering is....

   This is just normal happens to my vts all the time. the saxo gearbox and linkages are shite!

   Yea trying to go back in doing 15-20 mine does that so prob just normal

    Trying to get your car in first gear at 20 mph is going to be tricky in any car! Shouldn't really be in first unless your coming to a stop. But i'm sure you know that! Doing this often is going to knacker your gearbox, so i'm guessing its new box time. Just like me
