removing a vts spoiler

   how do i remove the spoiler from the bootlid ? its obviously attached to the roof, with some sort of clip and screw, but weve broke the clip off and still cant get it off ? any ideas...

   noo, theres like this black plastic thing round it, but cant get to it properly as its angled, cant get them off.. other half snapped the black plastic on one side but still cant get um off

   There bonded on mate i used an abrasive wire with handles but even with that it was f*****g hard and i ended up denting it.

   If its stuck on use 30lb fising line and pull it like a saw fast and the heat from the friction will cut through it and wont damage anything. Do it almost every day at work.

   I think theres bolts going through the glass inside the bootlid mate, my advice to you would be to leave it on.

    got it sorted now thanks, i was taking the spoiler off a bootlid (not the bootlid on my car) will put pics up when ive cleaned it !! but thanks for the help !
