Interior light and sunroof handle water leak :(

   Like the title says im getting quite alot of water through the afore mentioned areas, i've took it all apart and looked and couldnt find any leaks or anything, then i drove around and bam its started pissing it out so anyone know whats going on ?

   my aerial leaks stick a load of silicone around the inside of the base and had no problems since

   Take your interior light out undo the nut for the aerial,then outside the car pull the aerial base away clean it up.Then put silicone sealant on the base & re-assemble,common problem.

   i had the same problem sorted it the other day. it will be either sunroof seal or sunroof drains blocked. i never had any in the light but sealed aerial base anyway. just take it out fill with silicone tighten back up wipe excess silicone off, put some round inside nut before tightnin aswell. you need to take the front bit of roof lining down to get to the drain pipes. pull door seal down first then the front pillars clip off then the lining should come down after taking visors and everythin off. the passenger one will prob be blocked because of design fault. ya need to undo the 2 bolts near the bonnet release handle. i unblocked mine with a plug in tyre inflater. id check under your footwell carpets aswell water will run down the inside pillars.

   After a read on here im thinking sunroof drains, i just done the aeriel today and my uncle poured water over the roof and nothing happened but when i got moving it started pissing out

   i also have this problem, my aerial was very loose so as said about silicone round the arial, also worth tighetning the bolt about your interior light

   also sorry for double post but just read you suspect its the drains.. just run a piece of wire through them, its an easy job (Y)

   Hi, I like remove the interior light frame, but dont want to break it, is it snapped on? or what is the best way to remove it?
