   could probably pop it out from the inside if you take the arch liner off

   get a baseball bat and rub the end on the dent, worked a treat on my door... and am being serious, if not liquid nitrogen as it contracts the metal therefore popping it out... or go to halfords and buy a dent remover... basically its a sticky pad and you just pull

   i had to pop 2 dents out my drivers door after some dickhead kicked it

   Your best off working the dent out from the inside carefully,being careful you don`t stretch the metal.

   get a pic up, if uve pinch the metal though its really hard to sort it, i mean if there is an obvious crease line in the metal, only real way is to have it filled or reshaped profesional
   
   im not an expert as u can probably tell but its hard to remove dents.

    That method with the hairdryer works great with plastics(bumpers etc)I don`t know about metal though.
