Important! : Saxo furio problems.

   Had a power steering problem with my 2000 saxo furio. Replaced relay at pump still same so tested wiring and found no live present.Removed terminal and wired relay into an ignition live power steering now working.Road tested car all ok then battery light came on. Parked car up then wen drivin away car out and would not start again immobiliser light flashin checked fuses and found 20a fuse blown under bonnet. far now starts but cuts out and blows fuse everytime i pull away then.immobiliser kicks in again. disconnected immobiliser no.difference. Has anyone else encountered similar problems? any advice would be much appreciated cheers

   sounds like your wiring to ignition is overloading the system as the power steering pump sucks alot of juice iirc its ran from alternator once your started.
