1998 vts conversion running rich

As the title says really, has recently had a head rebuild, there is no emissions lights on etc, There is no faults on the diagnosis machine, but is only doing around 250miles to a full tank of v power taking it really easy, motorway miles. (no fuel leaks)

Im not 100% if it's running rich or it's me being weary of fuel consumption but I'm going to change lamba sensor, change coolant sensor, and tps icv and map, any one had this problem or know of any common sensor to fail causing this.

I have used the search but couldn't find a definite answer, thanks in advance.

How much in £££ do you mean by full tank mate? £40?

Just realised I put this in the wrong section, sorry guys, if a mod could move it that would be sweet.

Erm about £55 for a full tank dude, changed lambda and coolant sensors last night but did realise that there was no fuel return line plumbed in, it was just blanked off, I have found this thread on the return line http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=248333 but I'm still abit weary as to what to do once you've got the return line to the back of the car, as in what to remove and where each line goes, and picture step by step guides?

You basically need to make sure your fuel lines are routed as follows:

Fuel pumP outlet -> fuel filter -> long pipe to fuel rail inlet

Fuel rail outlet -> long pipe to fuel pump inlet

Along as it's setup as above you'll be fine! You need to effectively replumb the lines onto of the fuel tank, pretty easy to do. I'd take a day and drop to fuel tank when you've run it really low and do it properly
