I have two of my alloys on so far as i havnt had time to convert the front to 4 stud they are on the back and are 15 inch with 195/50/15 toyos on and it catches everywhere even with just me driving . I have cut away the top off the arch where a lip was and it has 25mm spacers . What else can i do to stop it ?

get a scissor jack and some wood and open up the arches that way. and a big hammer worked for me

it will look a mess doing it that way, paint will crack unless heated up. if you can fit thinner spacers. if not then try get access to a arch roller. still requires a bit of heat but looks more tidy. to buy there about £100 if i remember correctly. if not you could raise the torsion bar but would look stupid.
if i where you id see if thinner spacers will do the job, if not then get it rolled, dont diy it with wood and jack, been there done that turns out a mess.

Change the tyres from 50 to 45 , I had 50 on my vtr and it rubbed on that

Im nt arsed bwt bodging only paid a few hundred for the car :-D can some top bloke put a few pics up on what i have to do ?

you want an easyer way of bodging it then? instead of wood and hammer use a pole that you can wedge tight between the tire and arch, then drive forward and the pole will move with the wheel and open your arch.

    or like that lol

Imo I would just get some cheap tyres that are the right size, but that's just me I'm not a bodge artist....
