how do you stop the arb moving when trying to knock the torsion bars out?

   when trying to get a torsion bar out how do you stop the fuckin bastard shithead trailing arms from moving?

   Use an m8x 125mm bolt with a nut and washer and make a puller using a shallow 22mm socket, rather than hammering the fuck out of your torsion bar end which is rough as fuck. tighten the nut against the socket/washer then hit the bar under the car. the preload should move the bar. i have lowered 4 cars this way. easiest and least dangerous to the axle.
