Hi all,
I have a problem with my saxo after changing tires and making a balancing of the vehicle (dont know what it is called in english, but the thing you do when you realize the tires are not being worn out equal att the both sides of the tires, for mw it was the front tires).
The problem I made was that I used 195/55/R15 instead of 195/50/R15 tires.
I bought 2 new tires, which I put on the back axis. The old right tires which are half worn out are in the front with right dimensions. So I have 195/50/R15 in the front and 195/55/R15 in the back.
To the real problem. Before these modification, my car was very nice to make turns with i higher speed, and it felt great to drive.
But now when I make turns, like when I am on the high way, and make one fast to left or right turn in high speed. It is like the car starts to swing behind, mimicking the move in the front when I made a turn. So I feel the car is swinging a lot in the back in all turns.
Do you think this hude change can be due to the tires? Or might it be due to the balancing I made of the car front and back axis, so I get a even worning out of my tires?
I use mud and snow tires, and these are very soft with the wrong dimension in the back position.
Would be great if anyone could help me, dont know if I should buy new tires or go and complain at the balancing of my car, because I did these 2 modifications simutaneously (which I regret, then I would have known what the issue was).
