#2i had the same trouble trying to change an arch last night my old one ended up split with a hole in it, thanks to the black bond in there

#3i didnt think they had bonding stuff on them from the factory? mine was bonded on though and it just got a knife a cut away at the adhesive as i pealed it back, also be careful when removing the rear arches as there is a bolt that holds it on which is accessed by removing the rear interior cards

#4yeha there is horribly strong black bonding shit from factory in places, well mine had it anyway, when i tired removing one of mine i used a long sharp flat head screwdriver down behind the pannely to cut the glue while pulling the pannel off.

#6the black bond best way is to saw through with a bread knife sounds daft but worked for me

#7i used a metal ruler and a mallet, and it cuts straight through the bondant

#9By the sound of it, a sharp blade or Stanley knife is what's needed... Thanks for the help guys!!

#10Just did this last night, I used a switch blade, if it's tigerseal or some strong bondant that you need to remove off the wings after use carb cleaner and let it soak in then rub off, hope this helps
