strange fuse holder??

   Just brought a 1999 1.4 furio. was looking over the engine and spotted something strange. There is a single fuse holder in the engine bay. i tried to follow it both ways.
   One way went into a loom but i think i found where it came out and is attached to a small grey round box thing plugged in behind the rad.
   The other side went into the fusebox in engine bay and was just pushed into another fuse.
   Any ideas as it doesn't look safe to me.

   the inline fuse, is it going to the green plug on the loom?
   
   might be for fog lights, not sure what else has a green plug.
   
   take the inline fuse out and check to see if your fogs come on, or any other lights

   Following the wiresni think it goes to the grey box in the first pic.

   i dont know what the grey box is, just take that red fuse out of the inline and check all your lights etc

   Pretty sure its for power steering.

    on the top pic if you follow the green plugs line looks like it goes straight down, id go with the fogs tbh

    The grey plug up very top is your powersteering
    
    the car hasnt had some weird ass horn fitted has it?
