Problem with left side indicators

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the left indicators on my car, they work fine most of the time, but then they act as if a bulb has gone (clicking gets faster and the indicator light doesn't flash on the dash) the problem is only on the left side, the right is fine, I haven't checked anything and looking for recomendations on what to check

I think it could be a loose bulb or fuse, any ideas?

check the bulb connections on the left side sometimes they can do that if thers any damp gotten into the connection or corrosion on the connectors

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm a complete novice with these cars, are they easy to get to?

yeah they are pretty easy, for the rear lights open the boot and undo 3 plastic screws by hand and the whole light cluster will come out then the cluster of bulbs just clips off the light unit, its pretty self explanitary when you look at it. Then for the front lights open the bonnet and twist the back of the indicator bulb then pull out

Just been out, checked all bulbs and connectors, its not the bulbs at all, just discovered its the indicator switch, if its pushed really far down, the indicators don't flash at all lol
