wot to seal rocker box with?

   i was just wondering wot to seal my rocker box cover back on with after i have done my tappets as they are so loud it does my head in lol,any help would be appreciated.

   where would i get that from mate and do u no if the tappets are easy to do?

   no idea about tappets mate try local motor factors for the sealant

   Gasket sealent for VTR engines isnt essential, as you have a rubber seal on it.
   
   If you have the expertise to take a rocker cover off you can do you tappets! lol

   Smear some engine oil around the cylinder head face then put the seal back on.
