    will a 421 manifold fit onto a 1.4 furio without moving the oil filter
    and will it be to loud without the cat

    depends what make the manifold is.

    sportex fit but require serious mods. (grinding etc)

    and i think the only other 4-2-1 that doesnt require moving the oil filter is the Supersprint, and thats just shy of £400 brand new i think.

    Depends where your oil filter is.
    If it's the plastic one that is pointing up at you in the engine bay, not unless as above, it's a Supersprint.
    If it's a normal oil filter that screws into the block, then yes any 8v 4-2-1 will fit.
