polishing and porting head

   i have a 2000 vtr and im wondering is there much point in doing this. im off work in two weeks and i mite leave my head in to get polished ported skimmed and gas flowed. is there much performance gains and do anyone know of any bad points of doing this?

   yes it's a worth while mod, if you've got cams/ or plan for them, enclosed induction kit, and re map, also good if you run four branch

   without cam, gains would hardly be noticed
