Rattling/vibrating under gear stick

   had a powerflex bottom mount fitted yesterday and since then on idle i can hear rattling from the gear stick area that goes if i rev the car, and returns soon as revs settle again, confused, anyone help?

   Possible that your gear linkages are touching your exhaust.

   ive heard that when you put uprated mounts on the heatsheild will rattle

   think its normal for powerflex mount to make it vibrate mine does it too and heard a few other people say it does aswell

   Sounds like your exhaust is catching on your linkages/gear rod selector.

   yeah i reckon its catching i had the exaust off mine yesterday and i had to play about for ages to get it away from the linkage aint much room down there
