   i am going to be ordering my new manifold and dcat 2moz i like the look of the 4 2 1 from cituning or i might get the 4 1 from gmc really cant decide which is best 4 my mk1 vtr. i have about £600 and i want to get a cda air filter 2, what do u guys recon i got till 2moz 2 decide.

   Zaine is selling aGMC not sure if it'll fit yours but it'll save you a couple of quid.

   RACELAND is a good manifold. £150 inc pnp you can't go wrong. They can be found on ebay. Compared against a GMC it was better all round. I would get that one personally as I will be very shortly.lol. Definatly go for the bmc and the de-cat is down to personal preference. You will have change left over from 600. I would say cost in total no more than 400.

   Go for a gmc, supersprint or raceland, they all seem to get good reviews.

   4-1 manifold gives beter performance forlower end speed so id go for one of them mate and would recomend a gmc one,,also when you get one a get it fitted look into gettin the manifold heatwrapped,does help.

   I thought the 4-2-1 gave better performance lower down or is that just the VTS?
