How the heck do you get to the ICV bolts?

Wanted to give the idle control valve a good old clean today but looks like I need to remove the throttle body?

Is it possible to just remove the ICV valve?
If so what sthe easiest way-cant get to the ICV screws.

    Cheers

Didn't really want to start a new thread but I see that the "ICV reset" has been mentioned a few times in my searches on here.

Can anyone tell me how this is done and is it worth trying to solve a rough idling issue?

    Cheers again!

I have tried cleaning mine and it didn't work. Disconnecting the battery overnight and switching the ignition 6 times before turning over on the 7th and it was ok til it warmed up. It cut out for the first time this morning when I was parking. Need to bite the bullet and get a new one I think

Are the ebay ones not a bit hit and miss? I would rather pay more and know it's going to be right.

I am tempted but I would rather be safe than sorry. I have tried car breakers but they never have any in stock or any vtr/s at all
