    Anyone know where I can get one of these for less than like 15 quid, or is that seriously how much I can expect to pay?! A whole metre of the stuff was only a tenner

    If you got a metre of the stuff mate take it to your closest long life exhaust centre or anywhere with a mandrel bender. They will bend it for you for the price of a beer.

    That's a good idea, only I forgot my boost pipes are 2" (the stuff I have a metre of) but this is for the air filter to turbo which is 2.5"

    When I'm making up turbo and intercooler pipework I normally use alloy pipe for the straights and silicone hose for the bends. Not sure what you've got going on but you'll probably need silicon hose to join onto the turbo anyway, so maybe make the bend out of something like this:
