HID H4-2 Hi/Low issue

    Hi there,

    Just ordered a set of H4-2 HID's for my car. They're the ones with the separate halogen bulb used for your main beam. The only problem I've got is that with the saxo, when you pull back on the stick it turns off your dipped to switch to your main beam.

    Fair enough in a standard halogen H4 bulb, because it would get VERY hot with both dipped and main fillament's on at the same time - but seeming that they're now two separate bulbs on the same fixture, and that the HID will take a little time to warm back up when I switch back to dipped, is there any way I can change it so that it doesn't turn the dipped off when switching to main beam?

    I've done a bit of research and found that people have managed to do this, but I can't see how. Any help would be great!

    ...no one knows how to keep the dipped lights on when using full beam? Thought this would be a quick answer bugger.

    i have got uprated bulbs in mine and my dipped beam seems to stay on at the same time when i put my main beam on.

    Ahh!! And I'm guessing they didn't before you upgraded the bulbs?

    You can imagine being on a dark country road, waiting for your HID's to warm back up ¬_¬
