indicator staying on

   i have got a indicator problem when i turn the engine on the pasenger side indicator stayes on all the time but if i turn the engine off and use the indicators there fine could any one help

   Possible break inside the actual stalk itself.

   could be a ground issue, could be the stalk, could be somin more serious, could be a few things buddy, first thing to do is dismantle the indicator housings, so clean the contacts, check cables good clean etc,

   ok thanks i know the stallk is ok as i have tested it in another saxo so must be the grounds

   ok re ground all the grounds and it is still happerning it only happens if i turn the engine on.if its off the indicators work fine

   Indicator relay?
   
   Its around the fuse box area on the passenger side of the dash, big orange square relay iirc?

   i have this problem aswell, mine just wont cancel themselve, so i have to manualy turn of my indercators at every junction :-(

   that must be the stalks because its a mechanical switch that is knocked by the return of the steering wheel
