vts problems

   right drove to standted yesterday and devolped a problem. the battery light started flashing then this whining noise came on when you put your foot on the accelorator. is a slight knocking noise from the engine. any ideas what it might be?

   most likely to be your alternator if the battery light is flashing, possibly not charging or the belt cud be slipping. hope this helps!

   Agreed! If the belt is loose your alternator won't charge your battery properly, hence the noise and the battery light

   Check for slackness in your belt by pressing down gently to see flexibility

   i will when i get back from france! i had noticed that it was getting abit juddery, maybe coil pack????
