Have an X reg 1.5 diesal, 105,000 faultless miles up to last week.
When left overnight, in the morning, very hard to start, when it does, white smoke from the exhaust and very low power/misfire. Gets about 300 yards and stalls, takes 2 mins and eventaully will start again, process repeated 2 or 3 times until eventually it starts OK and power picks up (good job I have a decent battery), after 2 miles or so, it is perfect and running fine with no smoke. If I stop and then start again once I have got it going, its perfect. The problem only comes up when the car has sat overnight or similar.
I have changed the glow plugs and made no difference,
