1.4 Vts 8v uses more petrol

    Hi guys

    My saxo is using more petrol then 4 months ago,
    last week i saw a hole in my downpipe next to my 2nd lambda.

    So I was wondering if it is possible that the lambda see's more oxygen, and then starts to inject more petrol to make lambda=1 again. (lambda=1 equals 14,7 kg air and 1 kg petrol)

    anybody here that knows the answer or had a similiar problem?

    An exhaust leak won't be helping things. Get that sorted and see if the MPG improves.
