Knocking / tinging noise?

   Started off as a smalling ting when turning corners or bumps now nearly constantly, Got told by a friend that hes heard about it a few times but not sure what it is , changed all gear likages so they wernt hitting the heatsheild anymore but it didnt help,
   Any ideas would be much appriciated, Thanks

   the noise coming from the front or back? heard alot of ppl say the rear arb can make a tinging noise

   i think that the noise is at the back but often sounds like is in the center of the car if that helps

   well in the centre the only real thing underneath is the exhaust that could be knocking under the car, if your car is lowered? then check the anti roll bar end plates are done up tight on the rear beam, if you don't know what they are have a search on here and should find something helpfull i think its most likely to be that if its lowered.
