im new to the saxo world. nice car but loosing my mind
last few days i have just baught a 1989 S VTR. 12 months MoT.
just had oil change car drives pretty well! Then its Doom and gloom
i dont have any factory remote fob, just the key, which opens the diver door starts the car fine. last night treid to lock the doors and the central locking kept jumping locked/unlock. friend suggested the Door pin switch may need cleaning. WD40 later all is well.
Now central is randomly doing want it wants also the electic windows now move then they lack, after flicking the switchs for ever.
Im guessing the car has been a twoc and chav'd some time in her life.
the standard remote centre is missing and disconnected. danglign behind the glove box is a mass of wire and blocks and alram control unit. i think
any advice would be grate
