   I have a mk 1 saxo vtr and am thinking of investing in a obd2 reader or obd2 lead for laptop.Can anybody give me any tips on which one to buy as i dont want to buy one and it not be compatible.I recently tried my mates and it wouldnt read anything it just read not compatible.Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.

   obd2 won't work on a mk1, you need to use the Citroen specific 30 pin cable. OBD2 was after 2001 Saxos iirc

   hi thanks for the reply.Have just looked at the lexia 30 pin connector on ebay but it doesnt look like the adaptor in the car,the adaptor in the car looks like obd2.Will the lexia connector still fit.Thanx

   no idea without seeing it, we've got lexia, comes with all the leads.

   Some have obd style plugs but are lexia interfacw
