Coils for coilovers - will they fit?

  1. #1
I found some used eibach coils for coilovers but i have now TaTechnix (like v-maxx and so) so I would like to change them because we all know why...

So I'm interested if you know will they fit on TaTechnix shocks?

Here are some pictures of what I should get (everything what you see on pic)

    and one with dimensions...

    Thanks!

You havnt shown the eibach springs you have found.

Just get some springs with the same internal diameter length and lb u want.

Them vmaxx are a shit kit, it isnt just the springs that let it down, its literally everything - either shit quality parts or proper soft and useless rates.

Thats not true because you need a shock that will fit over the center bore of the coil section that screws over to keep the shock in place. B8's are too big to fit through. I would strongly suggest buying new shock because the budget coilover ones are awful quality.

The only shocks i can confirm that fit are gmaxx, and AVO adjustables.

Other than that i dont see why it wouldnt fit. Are the springs 3" wide like the top pans? and assuming they fit snugly?

Thease coils don't fit, I've try to fit them today. (When they're on the lowest posistion it should be down for a 5cm or so to be lowered lol) I think that that top pan from picture fits cutted coils like you've done on your 106...tommorow will se what shall I do...

I'm thinking of shortening shocks (TaTechnix which I have right now), cut spring for coil and a half and put that top pan - just the same as you did...

Youd be a fool to re use the budget shocks mate honetly theyre such bad quality that theyre dangerous...
