Heater Blower Not Working...Need Advice About Parts

    Hi ive brought a 1.4 citroen xsara vtr with aircon...and the heater blower isnt working at all, when i turn the blower on all i can hear is a little click coming form the area 1 & 2 on the pic posted as well, the rear de-mis is working aswel as the power steering. also checked fuses under bonnet and in dash all fine. i was just wondering what part 1&2 is on the pic? any ideas it would be a great help.

    p.s i know it isnt a saxo but its the same set up.
