How To find how much a car has been lowered

   Hi All, Just got a VTR that has been lowered is there any way i can find out how much by, so i can replace the springs.

   Hard to tell from thoe pics, best getting ones where you can see the wheel and arch at the front.
   
   From what I can see Id say 40mm
