mk3 clio problem

   hi my gf just got a 57 plate clio the problem is the airbag light wont go off meanin the airbag wont work i think. had a look around for loose wires under seats and stuff like in the sax but cant seem to find anythin. does any of you lot know anythin about these newer cars? cheers

   Try un plugging the pre tensioner wires and cleaning with contact cleaner this might cure it but may still have to take it to garage for light re setting

   It will of logged a fault code in the system some times they re set on there own other times you have to rest fru a diagnostic machine i have one but york is far for you to travel
