Overheating light on

   Hi guys was just driving to work the temp gauge was on 1/4 but the overheat light come on.. Can anyone shed any light thanks

   dodgy temp sensor possibly? might have one here if u need £5 posted

   Could be number of things mate, dodgy sensor, bad air-block. I hope for you that it didn't over heat and cracked the head gasket

   So do i mate was still blowing hot air and not lost coolent, so hope fully sensor ill find out on way home. Cheers guys

   Hmmm she was fine driving home, must be a bad sensor.
