   Ok, new keyfob CASE, everything else the same. Does it need to be paired up or should it just work?

   If it's only the case; you'll just need to swap the inside components over to the new one

   I unlocked the car, put the key ingnition. Had ignition on. Pressed the lock button twice in succession and it worked.
