Gaz coilovers....

So decided may aswell upgrade the suspension on the saxo too.......

It wont be used on track.....just on the road really with the odd spirited drive.

What are peoples opinions on this kit...

I also presume that this kit includes rear dampers???

    Thanks in advance

I have had mine on for few weeks now and love them. Car feels so much more solid than before. Can get them cheaper on 106owners though and they include rear shocks.

Yeah good piece of kit, does come with rear dampers mate! As already stated can get them cheaper on 106OC £350 inc postage I think still! Got them on mine

Can anyone link me to how i get these cheaper on 106 owners please??? Not familiar with there site.

    Thanks

Its just a generic picture on our site. You get rear shocks too. Sadly we cannot match group buy prices direct from Gaz

ive got them at the moment. They're good for going low not too sure on handling as i never really blast it round a track.
They are extremely stiff! ive got the standard 300lb spring, even with the ride adjustment about half way i can still feel every single bump on the road. I quite like the firmess and having an extra feel for the road, but its a little embarassing when i have passengers and they are constantly jumping around there seat lol

It's what I will be buying for my new project before Christmas. They seem just what I'm after aswell, and at £350 from 106owners its not bad. Here you go mate... CLICKY

EDIT: I think its as simple as paypal the Gaz email £350 including delivery address and then wait to receive. Contact the starter of the thread (Lee_D) and he will confirm everything.

Can't pass an opinion on the saxo kit but I run gaz shocks on my trackday classic mini and can't fault the build quality, when it comes to suspension I would aviod cheap brands as I have heard many a horror story about poor/dangerous build quality.

Lee will sort it out, there is a new group buy every few months TBH even if you did miss out on this one.

As for the GAZ kit its ok starter kit but not a patch on the quality of the Teins I just bought for the MR2, biggest issue IMO with going to coilovers on said hatches is the lack of adjustment in the read for spring ratings so matching front to rear is a pain in the arse.

If you have any issue with the site let me know.

    Loudandproud person.

After reading the thread it seems the price is available all the time....we just have to paypal them payment stating lees group buy and our address. If you can have a word with him for me id really appreciate it.

Sorry if this is hijacking your thread (feel free to delete), but does anyone know how these compare to say the Bilstein Group N dampers with Faulkner springs?
