Lambda sensor

This is my lambda Ive just removed from my manifold, does this look normal? Id have thought if it were running rich it'd be sooty as I seem to be getting a lot of overfuelling. On a chilly evening like tonight the car is kicking out a lot of petrol smelling steam/ white smoke. And it stinks properly!
Car isnt using water or oil and doesn't overheat:

if it was faulty it would bring th light on the dash. if its okay once th car warms up its normal. cause the car uses more fuel on warm up from cold and thats where th petrol smell will come ffrom and some white smoke on a cold day can be normal

Car is decatted. This is a mk1 with 4-2-1 manifold mate, so theres no hint of a cat anywhere that near the head. Got any more advice?

Tbh mate, when you decat your car your going to have a much higher Hydrocarbon (unburnt fuel) content anyway, temp sensors will cause overfueling too. May i ask what makes you think its overfueling??, and the white steam you describe would be normal as the weather is now turning colder you going to notice more steam coming from the exhaust as is the petrol smell as its a decat, unless the car indicates theres an issure then leave it alone try not to look into it too much.... If it aint broke- dont fix it

Engine temp sensor has been changed too. I agree with what you are saying but this smoke I feel is excessive even for a decat. I mean it could just be condensation but Im not sure. The fact its an xsi engine with xsi injectors in a VTR rail also makes me think it could be overfuelling, it really does stink of fuel. Other peoples decatted cars when hot dont seem to kick out as much as mine does I think
